Appartement idéalement situé, dans le 3e arrondissement, près des métros Temple et République, nous permettant d’accéder facilement aux sites qui nous intéressaient. À proximité des épiceries, des boulangeries et des marchands de fruits et légumes, ainsi que du Marché des enfants rouges où on trouve boucherie et poissonnerie. Ainsi, pendant le séjour, on a pu acheter des plats préparés, très bons, au Bouillon République ou un demi-poulet cuit à un marchand de la rue de Bretagne. On réchauffait au micro-ondes (contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas de four, seulement un micro-ondes dans l’appartement). Il nous a été difficile de comprendre le fonctionnement de la télé et du lave-linge et il n’y avait aucune instruction. Heureusement, la femme de ménage est venue nous dépanner, après qu’on eut appelé la propriétaire. Appartement donnant sur la cour, donc tranquille.L’ascenseur est minuscule.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich klein für 4 Personen. Es gibt kein Ofen und das Herd funktioniert sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung liegt aber zentral was sehr gut ist. Das Geschäft und Metro sind sehr nah. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt o.k.
