The room was cleaned and the staff helped me find the location. The place is right next to the main street and the metro is close.
The room was a little bit tiny.
The elevator was working (its a miracle in Paris).
Will come back.
Super convenient location to many restaurants, bars, and stores

Disliked: Amenities
Great location however I would not say at this place for more than 1 or 2 nights. The bathroom is old and not upgraded. The rooms are very tiny and not comfortable to stay in. The photos look better than the actual place. If you’re looking for a cheaper room in a centrally located just to sleep not to stay and chill then this place works. there is a small kitchenette but we have not used it. There is a parking nearby if you and le Maris area is very accessible lots of shops and restaurants.
0/10 for checking in. I was locked out of the building without instructions on how to get in. Had to wait outside in the sun for an hour on a 100 degree Fahrenheit day. The hotel was supposed to email me instructions and a door code but Expedia confirmed they never did. This mishap almost ruined my first day in Paris. Very frustrating to say the least.
8/10 for location. Very close to everything I wanted to see.
The place was very convenient and cozy. Had two bedrooms and the balcony view was amazing. There wasn't enough amenities such as shower gel. However there was a good amount of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The building was very secure and had several access codes to enter.
The location/neighborhood is good. However, the room was horribly humid and it was not possible to have the windows open as small bugs/gnats flew in. Also, the ceiling fan could NOT be turned on for cooling without the overhead light being on which made it impossible to run while sleeping and thus the room too hot/humid! The sound of the Paris metro rumble is constant. The worst thing is there is no elevator to the #26, 27, or 28 rooms so one has to carry their luggage up 2 small and narrow flights of steep steps to those rooms. Lighting is poor in the many hallways leading up to those remote rooms.
Everything was great.
One thing you need do it's important to put air-conditioning because it's was hot at the night ok thanks.
Kind regards

I had issues getting door codes sent to me. I had to call several times to get this fixed. It says “virtual front desk” but I would not consider a customer service line a “virtual front desk”. Room was decent, location convenient but there was a lot of traffic noise because it is close to Rue de Ravioli. The room does not have AC so we kept windows open at night which also contributed to the noise level. They ask for local taxes to be paid in cash which should be clear in the listing. I had not exchanged any cash during my trip. The email they sent requesting payment did not actually state the amount for this tax.
We were not aware this was an apartment and not a hotel. We also were notified after booking about the construction which was too late for us to switch.
This property is not a hotel! It is an apartment building with a few units rented out as hotel rooms.
Our room was about 200 square feet with the bathroom being about 32 square feet. The room was neat and austere. There is no air conditioning.
There was a balcony but the door giving access could not be opened. This also meant that no windows could be opened.
To get access to the room you need to provide three different access codes. The instructions for access were not clear.
In the hallway to our room there was a mattress being stored. In the entry lobby there were about 25 bicycles being stored for use by the permanent tenants.
Expedia should be ashamed to call this property a hotel.
Wrong advertisement:
Ru di rivoli is 20 minutes walk
Lavre museum is 15 minutes
Notre dame is >10 minutes walk
Bathroom is horrible- sink drain was not working
Do not recommend no matter what your situation is.
The property is very complicated to get into. Also check-in is at 3PM, I showed up at 6PM in my room still was being cleaned. So be prepared to not have your room ready.
