We offer you this new, contemporary, quiet apartment, close to everything that the city of 🔥Paris🔥 has to offer (center of Paris in less than 15 minutes): it is a true haven of peace. It is ideally located by being extremely close to public transport (less than 100 meters) and is ideal for 7 people. Which makes it the perfect family, business or friends accommodation.

You will benefit from hotel quality services (high-speed Wi-Fi, professional bedding, ironed sheets, pillows, towels, welcome kit, bath mats, coffee, tea, etc.).

During your stay, we will be there to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Located in Arcueil, the apartment is close to all amenities and transport (less than 100 meters from the metro line B Laplace stop) connecting the center of Paris in less than 15 minutes. You will be able to visit all the great monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Montmartre, Palais Garnier, Luxembourg Gardens etc.) very easily.

The property opens onto a spacious living room with a sitting area that has a comfortable sofa bed and a television. A terrace will allow you to enjoy breakfast, a meal or relax at the end of the day.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest generation appliances (induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a refrigerator). Cutlery and cookware will allow you to cook good meals. Featuring three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed, made with hotel quality linen for your comfort.

The contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you will need, such as a towel dryer, storage, a hairdryer and a bathtub to relax after a day of sightseeing. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided for your comfort.

You will have access to the entire accommodation via an elevator as well as to the underground parking space.

The apartment has a private and secure parking (included in the Airbnb rental price) located in the basement, directly accessible by the elevator for your comfort.
