"We have chosen this hotel with the good price and good location and for that purposes the hotel is ok However at least it could be more clean, there was a space under the bed and when I have tride to search for if we dropped something or not I have seen lots of dust and candies-stuff dropped and forgotten by previous guests and they were not cleaned for a long time, please be careful about it; on the other hand the bed, sheets, pillows and bathroom was clean, can be preferred for short stays"

The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. "Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Francesco's house. The location is right smack in the middle of main old town street. We had everything we could possibly need within walking distance (i.e. restaurants of all price ranges, grocery store, gelato and crepe shops, pharmacy, and beach). Francesco met us in the middle of the night upon our arrival and took the time to give us a walk-through and an orientation about the town. He also had a summary sheet of all the restaurants and attractions that are nearby Alassio.We were lucky to stay there right before tourist season starts, so the street noise was bearable. The weather was perfect, and we were able to air the house with open windows without any need for AC. Thank you Francesco!"
