The Cabins for both sleeping and the bathroom stay toasty even when it's freezing outside, and the eating area is well managed to minimize bugs. "They offered Free laundry machines to their guests. Mary, the weekend breakfast server/worker was so sweet!!!!! Missed her during the week. The room cleaners/service personnel were nice as well when we needed extra items from their carts. The front desk, Dan for 1, personnel were nice as well and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Syracuse again!"
