Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street .
