Centrally located- nearly even distance from both downtown Salt Lake City & Main Street Park City. This unique log cabin is nestled trail-side at the top of Summit Park, a local favorite for back-country skiing/ snowboarding/ snowshoeing, mountain biking, and hiking. This hand-peeled-log cabin was custom-built on the mountainside creating endless opportunities to take in the views from indoors or outdoors in the fresh mountain air!

The yard is .8 acres with protected nature preserve land behind the yard. In the backyard, the owner built private trails leading up to a hidden wooden platform that is surrounded by pine trees - ideal for a morning coffee or afternoon with a good book!

Basin Recreation trail access in walking distance (0.2 miles) down the street with 316 acres of Summit Park Open Space (Summit Park Trailhead).

Park City offers endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, with local reservoirs, 6 resorts within 45 mins, great shopping and restaurants! Elevate your next vacation!

- Woodward (5 minutes - snow tubing, extreme sports park)
- Park City Canyons Village (15 minutes - restaurants, shopping)
- Park City Mountain Village (20 minutes. - shopping, restaurants, bars)

There are no fires, candles, or flames allowed! The wood-burning stove is out of commission and for viewing pleasure only. Apologies in advance.

Great location at the top of the neighborhood. Extensive hiking trails within walking distance. Actually saw 3 moose! Saw deer on property as well. House was everything you’d want from a mountain cabin!
