Your perfect ski getaway just steps from Park City Base. This tastefully remodeled Crescent Ridge condo has 1 king bedroom, 1 double queen bedroom and loft with bunk beds. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned to make your ski vacation unforgettable. Enjoy aprés ski time by the fire, or just 5 min drive to Historic Main Street with world class dining, shopping and art galleries galore. Close to shuttle to take you to Deer Valley, Main Street, Park City upper base area. Garage parking.

**Location is perfect for walking to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, hopping on the bus for Sundance or simply enjoying some quiet time nestled in the pine and aspen trees of the mountain.

*Enjoy plenty of sleeping space for everyone in your party:
•Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower combo)
•Bedroom 2: 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower combo)
•Bedroom 3/Loft: 3 twin beds, utilizes common area bathroom (shower)

*Dining room table seating for 6 plus bar stool seating

*Living area with large couch, lots of natural lighting and a cozy gas fireplace

*2 minute walk to ski area for Park City Mountain base where you can hop on First Time Lift, Three Kings Lift, Eagle Lift or to a ticket window where you can Purchase lift tickets.

*Snow Permitting: Walk the opposite direction 4-5 minutes to the Silver Star lift and Silver Star Cafe. (Adult and Kid friendly)

*4-5 minute walk to the free Park City Bus Shuttle. This will take you to the Resort center of Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street (fine dining and shopping) or the Bus Transit Center (take another bus to any location in Park City). All compliments of Park City!!

*Must be able to climb stairs - this is the upper unit of the upper condo. Approx 85 steps

* Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide several fans to help cool the condo
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Great location for skiing

Short distance from the slopes, great parking for our rental car. There are steps up to the unit but they are not too bad!!

Great week in Park city

Phenomenal location for skiers. The walk to the slopes really is minimal. Clean, well decorated and well outfitted with all the right appliances; — we were able to dine in more frequently than expected and we’re more than comfortably close to anywhere else we wanted to go.

More or less perfect.

Had a fairly large group there for a few nights in Feb 2022. This place is exactly as its described. Clean and organized. Also very quiet. We didn’t hear any neighbors the entire time. No issues that can think of. They owners responded to all of our questions. Best part: 1 minute to walk to the First Time chair. Worst part: the garage is tight. We fit a Jeep Compass in there but it was snug. That said, this place is a 10/10.

Spring break

The condo was very clean and accessible to all ski destinations and downtown shopping. Stairs, lots of stairs, wasn’t mentioned in advertisement, but overall a wonderful experience.

Really nice stay

This place was very nice, deck actually had a better view of one of the lifts and mountain than is shown in pics so we think that was a big plus! There are quite a few flights of stairs, which we weren't aware of, but otherwise a great place and property managers, Tiffany and Amy, were very responsive and great to work with!

Convenient location, great for group

The house was great for our group. Easy to ski into Park City Base every morning and great place to host a group.
