Welcome to Grande Vistas Estate, a sun-soaked summer escape nestled in Park City’s exclusive Promontory resort community. Carefully curated by StayLuxe Properties and professionally designed by Alder & Tweed, this five-bedroom luxury home offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking mountain views—especially from the expansive decks and patios that shine in the summer months. Whether you're gathering with friends, reconnecting with family, or simply unwinding in style, this home was made for long summer days and starry mountain nights.

Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, curated finishes, and plenty of space to spread out across two spacious living areas, each with a cozy fireplace, oversized smart TV, and plenty of board games to enjoy on quiet evenings. The chef-inspired kitchen is fully stocked and features top-of-the-line appliances, a Jura coffee system, and seating for 7 across the island and breakfast bar—plus a formal dining table for 10. Four of the five bedrooms are king suites with en-suite baths, and the bunk room is a dream for kids or teens with custom double twin-over-queen beds. The main floor master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a private balcony, gas fireplace, soaking tub, steam shower, and even a built-in coffee bar.

Step outside to enjoy what makes Grande Vistas especially magical in summer: panoramic views, two firepits, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, Komodo grill, and fridge (available April–October). Dine al fresco at the outdoor table for 6, lounge with a drink in one of the multiple sitting areas, or soak in the private hot tub as the sun sets behind the Wasatch Mountains.

Guests also enjoy the added comfort of a heated two-car garage, a mudroom with custom gear lockers, a spacious laundry room, and high-speed internet throughout. IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

4) Rental guests will have access to only the following Promontory Conservancy amenities: hiking trails, Saddleback Lake & amphitheater, tubing hill, Mountain Garden Pond & soccer field, and bocce ball park.

Successful Executive Retreat

This was the perfect place to entertain a group of executives. We brought in a private chef to work in the world class kitchen and everyone had their own private suite. For the days where the weather cooperated (UT in Winter is always a gamble) the view was spectacular. Having a spot in the hot tub looking at the Wasatch Back isn't something we'll forget soon. There were a few issues with the smart home, lighting, and fireplace while we stayed there. StayLux was on top of them immediately and sent someone over same day to resolve. We absolutely loved the place, the location, and the service. We'll be back for another stay.
