This 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxurious retreat offers ample space to spread out after a day on the mountains or Golf Course. The open layout flows seamlessly from kitchen into Family room, with a Gas Fireplace to warm the atmosphere. After an active day, sit out on the deck & enjoy the views, BBQ your favorite food, or soothe your weary muscles in your private top-deck hot tub. For added comfort, gather around the gas fire pit & reminisce about the day.

Within this 1,910-square-foot home, your Family & friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The residence sleeps 11 in beds.

Kitchen:Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware, & cookware you expect from a luxury residence. The eat-in kitchen features a dining table set for six & bar seating at the island.

Living:Continue into the comfortable living area, where your Family can lounge on the sofa, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. The surround-sound system elevates your entertainment experience. Fire up the Gas Fireplace to add warmth & a romantic mood to the room.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the lower level features a handsome, metal-framed, king-size bed, sleeping two. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & a separate soaking tub & easy step in shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the lower level features two sets of bunk beds (twin-size over twin-size & twin-size over queen-size) & a queen-size Murphy bed, sleeping 7 total. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & a dual shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a king-size bed, sleeping 2. This bedroom has hallway access to a guest bathroom.

No additional Air mattresses are available.

Parking: This home features a one-car garage & a one-car heated driveway.
Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day. A stand-alone air conditioning is set up in the living room during summer.
