You have just found an unbeatable location, with this luxury, mountain modern Stonebridge home. We are conveniently situated in highly coveted Lower Deer Valley, a one minute ride from Snow Park Lodge, less than a 1/2 mile from Historic Main Street, just a few stops on the free bus, from Park City Mountain Resort and walking distance to summer concerts, World Cup Events and our charming, restaurant and gallery filled Main Street. The multi-level, 2400 square foot unit was recently remodeled throughout and offers an excellent base for your ideal mountain getaway, no matter the season.

Breathe in the crisp mountain air, as you settle in to your home away from home, providing you all the comforts you will need. The inviting main level holds one of the King Master suites, a powder room and the open plan, spacious living area, which encompasses the deluxe living room, dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, washer dryer and an expansive island with 4 barstools. Adjacent to this, is the private patio, which offers comfortable outdoor furnishings, a dining table, and a BBQ grill.

The upper level houses a second master suite. This vaulted ceiling, expansive oasis, includes a King size bed, 55” Smart TV, sitting area, generous closet and desk. The bright, natural lit en suite bathroom features a unique wrap-around stone vanity, separate toilet room and a large tile and glass shower.

A private third King bedroom is on the lower level, which also includes a family room with a plush sleep sofa sectional, wet bar with wine fridge, 55” Smart TV, twin bunkbed and a full bathroom. There is a separate entrance on this level, with a ski prep and storage area.

Great stay- close to Park City & Deer Valley!

We just had a great 4 night stay. Ample room for one or two families. Even though you are off a main road, the place is super quiet. Clean, comfortable and looks just like the pictures. Well stocked with nice pans, pots, ample dish wear and utensils. The place feels newly renovated and communication with the host was easy and very responsive. Two other great things, it’s only a 15 minute easy walk to downtown Park City which makes it nice to leave your car and walk. Also just off the bus line for Deer Valley ski area. I would highly recommend staying here!
