Sanitized between guests! Updated cozy 300 sq ft. studio-room is on the upper level. By free bus route 1.5 miles from PC ski Resort & Historic Main ST. 50' HDTV with king bed (sleeps 2) and futon sleeper (sleeps 1). Electric fireplace for romantic ambiance. Located at Prospector Square Lodge. Next to hiking and biking trails! Within walking distance to many restaurants. Hot tub open year round/pool open during summer. I want to help you have a home-away-from-home experience on a value budget!!!
The space
300 Square Feet Studio-Room upper unit located on the 2nd floor (no noisy feet above you) Comfy king bed, flat screen HDTV w/cable. Small food prep area, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, Keurig, Coffeemaker. Fun view over Prospector Square. Hot tub open year round. Pool open during summer months. Welcome "snack" coffee and water. Free parking and free wi-fi. New hardwood floors. Will need to climb one flight of stairs. Queen blow up mattress also available.
