This Contemporary 2-bedroom 3 bath townhome in Newpark area of Kimball junction is perfect for your escape to the mountains. With 2 queen beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this well-appointed home offers a delightful place for guests to relax after a day of exploring and skiing at one of Utah's famous ski resorts - Park City Mountain/Canyons or Deer Valley. After a full day of skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing in the Wasatch, unwind in your private hot tub and enjoy the many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, solar power heating, central AC, WiFi, smart TV, and a washer/dryer located lower-level mudroom. Steps from your front door is a variety of popular restaurants, local coffee shops, shopping, as well as the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse. Walk to the free bus that will take you to Main Street Park City and the local ski resorts.

Summer: enjoy biking and hiking. (You can rent electric or mountain bikes). There are great biking and walking paths around the Swanner Nature Preserve to view the wildlife. We promise you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

Highly recommend the property - exactly as advertised and good communication with the owner via the app. Would definitely stay again.

Within walking distance of a great shopping center. The hot tub is the best after a ski day, and the kitchen had all the amenities room needed to have a long stay. Honestly, my only complaint is the fire alarms and VERY sensitive, so they went off about half the time we used the stove or oven. Otherwise, the place is perfect and would definitely stay there again!
