This location was perfect! The bus stop to either Deer Valley or Park City Main Street is seconds from your door. There were 7 of us and we slept very comfortably. Would definitely book there again!

Overall, my experience at this location was great. I stayed here with friends for a yearly ski trip. The unit was clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. There is a bus stop right out side that will bring you right to the mountain.

The condo is right on the bus line so very convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. It could use some deep cleaning. The linens and towels were as described and the kitchen is very well equipped, even has a slow cooker! It was nice having a garage since we had a lot of snow. They did a nice job of clearing the driveway even with all the snow. The property manager was excellent, we had heating issues the first day and he got them resolved very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay. the place is very convenient to the mountain with the shuttle bus stop practically right outside the door about 50 feet away on the main road. The accommodations are very comfortable however there are a couple of things that need to be fixed. The cleaning service does not do a great job. If you use the sofa bed couch it looks like it has never been vacuumed underneath. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were not cleaned, it looked like they were removed from dishwasher and put away without checking to see if they had been cleaned. The coffee grinder was broken, missing the button to turn it on (we used a knife point to turn it on) and the coffee maker was not working. To his credit Chris did offer to come and replace the coffee pot and we told him it was not necessary, since it was day two of five, we went out and bought a single serve for our stay, but it would be nice if those things were checked before rental. The shower on the main floor had NO pressure and needs Lime away or something else that would make it work. The front door lock was not easy to use, so we came in the garage. On the positive side we had a great time, the house was certainly comfortable and Chris was very responsive and I would rent it again.

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located property. We had an issue of a slow drain and they were able to fix it quickly. One comment is to leave more paper products like toilet paper for week-long guests!

The condo is very nice and well maintained. The bus stop is right out front which is very convenient. Knowing which bus to get on took some inquiring with others. Everything is close to the condo. The only real complaint was working the TV's. The ones in the bedrooms didn't get any channels and the livingroom had some channels blocked. Such as NBC for some reason. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Location is great, very close to bus stop, walking distance to main street. The property Mgr Chris was awesome and helpful. The only minor flaw is that supplies are not well stocked. we had to get salt, pepper, cooking supplies and other necessities. but there are grocery stores around.

Location, service, and layout were all fantastic. We are a family of five, with three older teen boys, and there was plenty of space. Steps away from the free shuttle to the ski resort. Responsive management. Win-win-win.

We enjoyed our stay here for our ski trip to Park City, it is just a few minutes driving distance away from the Park City ski resort. The place is spacious and comfortable (gosh, is that living room chair comfortable!) The kitchen is not stocked super well, but basic cooking is manageable (small skillets, small baking pans, no dish towels). The place is clean, but not perfectly clean (under furniture, bathtub jets, etc not cleaned). Communication with the unit manager was great and friendly! Overall, it was a great place for our family and dogs to stay while we skied. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful four nights with our three young children in Chris’s home. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay, The living room was so cosy and we enjoyed family movie nights together in front of the fire. The boys loved the bunk bed downstairs and playing on the snow-covered deck, and the master suite on the top floor is huge. It was great to have space downstairs to leave all our wet ski gear. Chris is friendly and super easy to work with. The location is perfect - a short bus ride to either Park City or Deer Valley. We come to PC at least once a year, and have rented dozens of condos here and around the US but this is hands down our favorite one. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family - 70ish parents and two grown sons and their wives. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath - perfect for adults or families with older children or teens. Families with younger children might like to think twice, since each bedroom is on a different level. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a plenty of room around the table for family meals. The location was ideal. Although there was garage parking for two cars, we didn't use the cars much, because we could walk to the Town Lift, Main Street and its shops and restaurants, and several bus stops, including one of the main bus depots. I even rode the bus (they're free) to the shopping centers out by the highway for groceries. We rented equipment from Town Lift Ski and Board Rental right at the lift - friendly, efficient service, good prices, no lines (or not much of one) and free overnight storage. Next time, however, at the end of the day I'll take that free bus ride from one of the other bases back to Town Lift. The bottom there is marked blue, but it's steeper, bumpier, and narrower than my 70 year old legs (or nerves) could take at the end of the day. Hooray for Park City's free bus system! To repeat, this property was perfect for us, and I will rent it again in a heartbeat when we next return for a winter vacation in Utah. Just hope it is available!

Had a nice time staying in a cosy vertical townhouse that allowed lots of privacy ( with bedrooms on separate floors) to our family reunion ski trip. Really helped us all have a good time when we did gather in the spacious kitchen/ dining room.
