Our beautifully updated and impeccably clean condo has everything you need to live like a local in Park City. It's in the perfect location to enjoy everything our beautiful mountain town has to offer. We take great pride in our condo and the service we provide to our guests. We want you to have an awesome 5-star Park City vacation! If anything is not cleaned, not stocked or not working please let us know right away so that we can take care of it. Location: The address of our condo is 1487 Woodside Avenue - right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort as well as the Park City Golf Course (where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter). It's on the first floor and there is a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the living level. Starbucks, grocery and convenience stores and ski/bike rentals are within a block and we're right on Park City's free bus line that will take you anywhere in town, including historic Main Street and Deer Valley ski resort. Sleeping accommodations: The bedroom has a king-sized bed and there is a queen size pull-out bed in the living room couch. This unit sleeps up to 4. Entertainment: There are flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom with cable. We have a private, secured Wifi network in our condo. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment you need to make meals at home (dishes, pots, pans and utensils). We find that some things accidentally walk off without us noticing so if we're missing anything please let us know and we'll bring it over right away! We also provide a drip coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and blender. There's a dishwasher in the unit. Items provided: We provide all linens/towels/bedding for 4 guests. There's a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, soap, one travel-sized shampoo/conditioner set, humidifier and fans. Parking: There is a parking lot at the complex with both covered and uncovered spaces. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first serve basis. Laundry: There's a coin-operated/app operated washer and dryer on site. There is not a washer and dryer in our unit. Luggage and equipment storage: There's a large outside storage locker at our condo for skis, snowboards and bikes. We're so sorry but we can't always offer post-check out luggage storage. If you have a late-night flight we recommend booking another night or using a bag check service. Park City Mountain Resort has bag check available in the winter. You can also contact mobileluggagevalet.com at 435-200-5465. They will pick up, store, and drop off bags as needed. Climate control: This condo is heated by forced air. There is no AC in the condo but there are fans to bring in the cool mountain air at night. Summer temps during the day can be warm but nights cool down into the 50’s and 60’s. Transportation: Park City is a small town and our condo is in a great location, making getting around without a car very easy. In most cases we recommend that you forego a rental car and utilize the free Park City bus. Park City Recommendations: As our guest, you'll receive a comprehensive guide to our condo and insights into Park City from a locals point of view, including where to eat, what to do, how to get around and how to get the lowest price on ski passes. Need more advice or have other questions? Just ask! We can also provide daily cleaning service if requested. House rules: Our condo is your home away from home during your stay in Park City and we ask that you treat it as such. Little things like wiping up spills quickly, not allowing children to jump on furniture and turning off lights and electronics when you leave go a long way to keeping our place in great shape. Be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and mindful of noise at all times of the day and night. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the Powder Point property. Pets/animals are not allowed in our condo at any time.

Great location with everything needed for a few days on the slopes. Only thing we needed was a couple extra blankets and they were brought over right away. Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here with my dad for a week ski trip in Park City. The apartment is clean, well-kept, and homey, as well as within a 5 min walk to the slopes! Overall a great trip and would stay here again!
We were very happy in this well-equipped apartment located a short walk to the lifts at mountain village. Comfortable bed, comfortable couch, plenty of space, easy communication though we really didn’t need anything, just checked in a little early. We would stay here again

This place was cute, clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to Main Street which was nice so we didn't have to worry about parking. The host was so quick to respond and was very accommodating! I would book this place again. Highly recommended!
The interior was very comfortable with good space. The location was very convenient for the activities that we had planned for downtown Park City and the other nearby places.

This is a great place to stay. Right across from the ski lifts at Park City. It had everything we needed for cooking and was very clean and comfortable. We went to mountain bike in the area and were pleased that we could ride across the street from the condo to the trails at Park City ski area. Great trails, by the way!
Awesome location to slopes (first time lift 5 mins walk, payday/ ticket center 8 mins walk). We did it easily each day in our ski boots. 10 mins walk to fresh market for groceries, 10 mins walk to Main Street. We used hot tub a few times and was never busy. Apartment was clean and had everything we required. Sofa bed was fine for our 9 year old. Would definitely stay again.
My family and I had an amazing time at this property in Park City! It was a home away from home! The property was stocked with all necessary supplies for home cooking! The property was clean and spacious. Best of all it was right across the street from Park City Mountain! Super easy to walk to skiing! The owners Tracy and Jordan were super responsive and highly accomodating! Hat's off to them! Thank you for a wonderful time!!
Married weekend getaway from Texas to hike and hang out late summer. Overall was a good place, clean and mostly comfortable. Bed was extremely firm (and I normally like firm beds), although it didn't bother my wife at all. That's really my only picky complaint. Had to contact the owner about a simple thing, and she responded promptly with a solution. Easy parking. Could see some lift from the small patio, probably a <10 minute walk in the winter mostly across a big parking lot. Would be half mile uphill walk to downtown, but doable if your legs aren't already tired from hiking.

Property was a nice, clean condo. We were happy with it. We visited during the fall so we did not ski. We were a little concerned that we received no information on how to gain access to the condo. One hour prior to check -in time we had to call headquarters to get the entry code. Tracy, the owner called us and was very kind and helpful getting the code.But our biggest disappointment was when it was time to retire for the night, we found the mattress on the bed to be a disaster.The sides were deeply sunk in and the center much much higher. So uncomfortable than neither of us slept . We were amazed at how worn the mattress was. We had booked for two nights, but no way we could spend another night on that mattress. I reached out the the manager and was told by Nancy that either she or the owner would contact us. As of today-6 days later, we are yet to hear from anyone. So as it stands we spent 500 for one night that proved to be miserable. Other than towels, we used nothing in the condo, and left it in emaculate condition. Our experience was a disappointment. The Park City experience is wonderful, but at least for us, the evening was less than stellar. Fortunately we only live 60 miles from Park City so we were able to sleep in our own home the 2nd scheduled night.
