Step inside this 3 Bed, 2 bath townhouse (end-unit) with new high-end bathrooms and kitchen finishes. 3 BR with King, Queen, and three twin beds. Primary BR with walk in-closet, fireplace and balcony, TV and Mountain View’s. Queen BR with balcony and resort views. Living room has large HD TV, wifi and cable/DVD. On free bus route direct to the slopes and Historic Main Street, grocery and shopping (40 steps away from door). Located right on the 14th fairway of the Park Meadows Country Club (PMCC) with sweeping sunset views of the Wasatch Mountains. The condo is in a safe and prestigious area just steps away from the PC Marc fitness/tennis center and minutes to all the shops, galleries and restaurants on historic Main St. Truly LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION, in the best area of the Racquet Club Condominiums. The condo is 45 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport.

The townhouse is located adjacent to the MARC - Park City's community recreation center where you can enjoy a full gym, fitness classes, indoor and outdoor tennis, jacuzzi, steam, two pools in the summer and more. No membership required, guests pay a daily fee to use the facility.

Park City is just 37 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport; airport transportation is easily available if you decide not to rent a car. Although it is recommended. Our townhouse is within 5 minutes of 3 ski resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons – all are on the free bus route - 40 steps from the front door.

We had a great experience staying at this condo for our ski trip to Park City. The location was perfect for what we needed - a minute’s walk from the city bus line to ride to and from the Park City Mountain base. It was also a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and Main Street. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook our own meals most nights. Cody was a helpful host and we had a no stress stay! We would stay again on our next visit!

This rental is very nice and clean. It met our needs completely. The owner was very responsive and nice. However, there were MANY add-on fees to the bill. I wish they would include all the costs when you look at the location online.

We had a fantastic stay in Park City. The unit is extremely comfortable and just as described. The complex is older, but the unit is generally well maintained and clearly recently remodeled. Communication with Cody was easy and prompt; he provided lots of advice upon request as well as quick resolution to the few issues we reached out to him about. 100% hope to go back to PC and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and only had a couple issues. There were no washcloths in the entire condo, so we left a message with the property manager. She promptly returned the call and had housekeeping bring washcloths later that evening. The ice machine and ice/water dispenser in the freezer door neither one worked, so we had to buy bagged ice to use during our stay. Several lights were burned out, so we bought light bulbs to replace them. Last, the dryer took several cycles to dry a load of laundry... almost like the heat element was bad. These were all fairly minor things to deal with, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Park City. The Racquet Club is a convenient place to stay for affordable prices. It is on the shuttle route (though you have to walk to the front of the neighborhood) and about a mile from Main Street. The grocery store and liquor store are less than a mile away. Even though we had a couple issues during our stay, the property manager and property owner were both very responsive during the booking process and during our stay.

This condo has been nicely renovated and was super clean. The beds and linens were all top notch, and the upstairs kids loft was a perfect space for the three kids we had in tow. One thing I didn't gather from the listing is that to access the 3d floor bedroom (kids loft), you have to go through one of the other bedrooms, and there's no door between them, so that room isn't quite private. The neighborhood is really nice -- lots of paths through natural areas and close to several playgrounds as well as downtown PC and other shopping that you might need. The owner was also incredibly responsive when we messaged the first day for help finding a few things that were missing. He even shipped a new coffeemaker when we couldn't find the one that was supposed to be on-site (there was a keurig, but we are old school). Overall we had a great stay--perfect spot for exploring PC!

good location as compared to price, is on free bus route , can get to deer valley and park-city ski areas . it took a day to under stand bus system and to be aware/responsible enough to get off at right stop. Unit does appear to be renovated. everything worked tv,internet,dishwasher, oven and sunsets, . had to buy firewood at store.

This was a great spot for us. It was just the two of us, but we had plenty of room for guests if needed. We did have our adult kids over for dinner and also our granddaughter. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect - next to the town recreational facility, close to the ski mountain and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and cross country skiing.

My friends and I stayed at this property for a ski trip and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and the location of the house is great. The stop for the free shuttle to town is about a 2 minute walk from the front door which takes you anywhere you need. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to ski in park city.

We came to Park City to ski and this condo was perfect for our family. 2 Adults and 4 kids ranging from 14-6yrs. Our teenager got the Queen bed room and the 3 others stayed in the loft with the 3 twin beds. Plenty of room for everyone. Cody responded timely and answered all of our questions about the Bus Shuttle to the slopes and the local area. The condo is a short walk to the Green bus - very easy. We did rent a car and were glad we had one with everyone's different schedules. The condo is set up well with new appliances and everything we needed.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Check in was easy and Cody was kind to accommodate early check in for our first wave of arrivals. We had 5 adults in the condo and were quite comfortable. The condo is a very short walk to the Green #2 bus stop which took us straight to the Park City slopes, or if you need a grocery run it stopped there as well. The condo was clean on arrival and very comfortable. The condo is set up well for a family. Because bonus room with three single beds is accessed through the second bedroom it might not work quite as well for more than 2 couples vacationing together as the second bedroom has less privacy if the upstairs sleeping area is being used.
