Stunning studio in brand new development [2024] nestled directly adjacent to Deer Valley Resort and across from the Jordanelle Reservoir. This awesome escape offers the perfect ski sanctuary situated just seconds from the Jordanelle Express Gondola. Skip the morning traffic on UT224, and instead walk directly from the front door or take a complimentary one-minute Deer Valley shuttle to the lifts. Deer Valley is a ski-only resort, so if you're looking to snowboard, you'll be less than seven miles from Park City Mountain Resort and all the convenience of Park City proper. This beautiful mountain town has its fill of seasonal and year-round activities. The Jordanelle State Park is close by for summer activities including a beach, camping, kayaking, and motorsports. You can rent a boat for the day, swim, or go water skiing. The vacation unit has shared access to amazing extras like an on-site hot tub, multiple lounges, a grilling area, two gyms, a yoga studio, locker rooms with saunas, children’s play areas and a game room which all to add to the vacation experience. There's even on-site ski lockers and bike storage!

This large studio includes everything you need to get settled immediately upon arrival and lots of storage space. The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking or on-the-go snacking. Soak in the unobstructed east-facing view of the Uinta Mountain Range from our picture windows as you enjoy your morning coffee before getting first tracks! Additional perks include free WiFi, dedicated free indoor heated parking and access to an on-site washer/dryer.

Great convenient spot

Property was new, clean and stocked with the essentials. Hot tub and heated parking garage were a plus. Convenient location within walking distance of the gondola at Deer Valley. My only criticism is the check in process, which requires you to pick up the key several miles from the property.

the check in process is bizarre. Difficult to find the location of office in Heber, Office has no signage. says there is assigned parking in the garage but the garage is not accessible. flimsy fob inoperable. I reported this but no response. says it has indoor heated pool. that is a blatant lie. Bathroom has no window but has a ceiling vent with no on/off switch. No remote for Tv, no microwave, no hair dryer. Flimsy furniture. Hall way is carpeted and will be a stinky mess after a ski season of use.

Great unit with inaccurate description

The actual condo itself is extremely new and nice. Everything inside was well thought out. My issue is with the listing claiming that this includes a dedicated indoor heated parking spot. The support team could not help me figure out how to enter the garage, and the next day the support team started telling me that the unit does not include garage parking. I was frustrated by being gaslit by the support team despite the listing clearly stating parking was included. No resolution was ever offered to me as they ignored me for the remainder of the trip.
