The Shuttle Service was fantastic, friendly, understanding, and accommodating; always going that extra mile. Special mention to Shuttle Driver James. The entire experience. "The staff were great! The food was good! The building is dated. Guest had carry out food and it sat in the halls for 2 days. We stayed 2 nights. We didnt get new towels. We had to call down to the front desk. Also our room wasnt cleaned. The cookie is always a great treat!"
