They had canoes, kayaks, pool, games for kids, board games for kids and adults. They were always around and walking around keeping an eye on things. Very quite and relaxing.

Clean rooms, well maintained property, nice beach area. Staff were out of this world friendly and helpful. We were close to a lot of things we wanted to see. It was very nice to have the kayaks available for use for free. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots, pans and utensils. We loved the deck area outback. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, we felt right at home. The lake view was beautiful, great sunrise and sunsets. My cousin and I stayed for a week and it was a very nice getaway! 8/17- 8/21 2026

We had a great view of the lake from our lounge, patio and bedroom Enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake and the canoe Washer and drier very economical at $1 per machine Staff very friendly and helpful We went to the Wednesday coffee and doughnut social morning and got to meet other guest a nice touch

The property was great! The on site manager was super helpful and friendly. The issue was we booked three nights, but they made us move to an almost identical property in another building for the third night. Very, very inconvenient! I would not return unless I was guaranteed that would not happen again. We had to worry about our perishables and pack everything up to move to another building.

Everything was good, Probably need to do some maintenance on decks. So rotten wood etc…. But maintenance man was a very friendly guy and great to visit with. New fish cleaning house is Al ost top of the line. However they should add plug in on there over flow parking so you can plug a boat in to charge.

This is a nice property right on Potato Lake. They staff were very friendly and helpful! The condo was clean and had basic amenities. This property is fairly old and dated. Family friendly and quiet. It was still fairly cold when I was there. They just put the docks in water after winter. Beautiful area close to Park Rapids!
