"Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort ĂŒber VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube.
In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verĂ€ndert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-AblĂ€ufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich LĂŒftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

"Sauberkeit war top. EntĂ€uschend das BĂŒro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den SchlĂŒssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem BĂŒro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag frĂŒher abgereist. Ich habe den SchlĂŒssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem BĂŒro. Trotzdem haben sie den SchlĂŒssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll fĂŒr den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."
