Only complaint was fire alarm went off at 3 AM due to staff use of space heater and nothing was explained to guests while we stood out in the cold for 20+ minutes. I asked Upon check out what the alarm went off for and was not even given an apology for the inconvenience. Otherwise great stay and would probably stay again. "

"A lovely find close to I84 and for travelers going to visit Mt Hood.. The hotel has an old world charm with staff operated elevators and particularly curated hallways and rooms. The Christmas decor was soft and comforting and the amazing piano at night elevated the experience. Add in the views from outside, and it makes for a place that I will definitely come back to"

"The only issue is the parking, you have to find a spot on the street. We were lucky that it was during the week and we could park close. A weekend might be a different issue."
