Great location and friendly staff. Great lobby bar and sitting area. Beds were very comfortable. Better singage for the different tower elevators is needed -- both in lobby and on 12th floor crossover. Our room (8th floor historic) only had one outlet by the beds and the one usb-a port was broken. We had to take out the plug to the alarm clock just to plug in CPAP machine near a bed. No place to charge anything in the sleeping area. Lots of plugs in other places, but not enough near beds.
