"Overall, the stay was fine for the price, and the room met our expectations. However, one disappointment was that the pool was advertised as being open until 11:00 p.m., yet the front desk clerk closed it at 10:30 p.m. We specifically planned to use the pool during those posted hours, so having it close early was frustrating and did not match what was advertised."
