Beautiful single family home right on the beautiful Colorado River, on the Parker strip. This home boasts 3 bedrooms plus an office/bedroom attached and access through the master bedroom as a 4th room and 3 baths, with your very own U shaped boat dock for one boat right on the river front. One mooring to accommodate two waverunners (not included with the rental) . This property is shared by an identical home which is on this large lot, plenty of room for both. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from 2 large patios and dock or enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing at a 5 star golf course located only a few miles up river.

There are 3 floating bars on the river to enjoy or try the Blue Water casino just a few miles down river accessible both by car or boat. A gas dock directly across from this home for your boating fun, and a public boat ramp less than 3 minutes away. There are many fine restaurants on the Parker strip to enjoy all located within 15 minutes or take a trip up to Lake Havasu just 35 minutes away. Don't forget the Parker airport located just 15 minutes away for those of you who would like to fly in. Our winters are very mild with an average temperature of about 73 degrees in the day which is wonderful for off-roading just minutes away.

Great River Trip

This is an excellent property if you’re looking for a place big enough for a couple of families to enjoy. Kitchen and amenities are all on point and most items are pretty new and high quality.

Our week on the Colorado River

The rental that we booked is very nice and was appointed with everything that you could possibly need. Location is excellent and the private dock is a definite plus. My family is considering booking it for another week next year.

Beautiful home

Such a gorgeous home right along the water that had everything we could ask for and then some. Amazing kitchen and lovely outdoor place, we took advantage and made some lovely brunches to eat out on the deck!

Fabulous

Excellent location right on water. Easy access to our boat. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with new appliances. Lovely furnishings beds were so comfortable high end linens. We had 2-6 yr old granddaughters and 2-10 yr old grandsons and there parents. Plenty of inside and outside room.

Great Stay

We had the best time in Parker. The home is exceptional and the location and views are stunning. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay, we will definitely be back. The owner was extremely helpful and took extra time to make sure our trip was perfect!

Great location on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I was easy access and right on the river. It was beautifully maintained and had everything you could need. There was plenty of room for us and the deck and patio were a perfect place to lounge and hang out. We loved our stay here and would love to return.

Amazing property and great owners

The house cannot be nicer, great floor plan that accommodates so well. Also a beautiful patio and deck with fixed dock. Perfect spot on the river to swim right in front without strong currents. Great family place, wonderful property

This is a VACATION!

This is our second year we've stayed here! We've enjoyed ourselves so much that we've booked the place 2 more times this summer. This placed is now our "2nd home", we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the river. Owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We can't wait until our next visit!

The owner was fantastic communication was great the location in the house itself was wonderful the on-site property manager one of the meanest and nastiest people I've ever ran into would not go back if he was still a manager if he wasn't we would utilized the property again and again really liked it.

Wonderful home - even better location

This is a new favorite rental. The owner, Lori, is easy to communicate with. They treat their guests as family. Property is exactly as the description provides. The dock worked well with our 24’ boat. We will be back!

Amazing house and location!

We had the best time staying at this house! The location is perfect with large U dock for the boat and great swimming area with no current. The house was just renovated renovated and they did an amazing job! Spoke with owners a couple times and they were so nice and helpful. The property manager Chris was great and super helpful. All of them were just great people. My family and I had an absolute blast and we all agreed that we will be staying here every summer!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We rented both houses, and it was perfect for our family, to include grandchildren. The beds were comfortable, the houses were immaculate. Communication was great. I had 3 daughter in laws and a niece with us- we were so thankful for the paddleboards- an added surprise. The girls went out and enjoyed themselves. We will be back! PERFECT Riverside House(s)

We have stayed in Parker many times along the river and in the Keys, and Lori and James’s houses were by far the best we have stayed in. We rented both houses, which are basically conjoined, and it was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Everyone was super comfortable with their own room and essentially everyone got their own bathrooms too. The houses were both immaculate and stocked with anything you could need. The location was gorgeous and the area right off the dock is shallow enough to wade in the water/hang out/swim. We will definitely be back!

We thought 2 Jet Ski's were suppose to be included, but apparently they weren't. Otherwise, fantastic place, people and location. Will return.

Enjoyed our visit.

The location, size and layout of the property was great. We enjoyed the size of the kitchen and loved the patio overlooking the river. However the house could use some updating and deep cleaning. The surface was clean but inside drawers and cabinets was not. Also the toilet in the horse room was not working properly. The grill had been used and not cleaned, so we decided not to use it. We also noticed there was a sign in the house that said the price was $1000.00 a week from October thru March, but we paid $1500.00 for five days. Overall we had a nice trip, but as I stated some deep cleaning and updates would make your guest feel more comfortable.

Perfect location right on the River

We stayed four nights at this river-front home. It is a fantastic home--much better than I had anticipated. All the amenities and features you would expect at a five-star resort are included, plus extras. The dock lends itself not only to tying up your boat, but a beautiful place to sit and view the sunset while socializing with friends. The covered patio is great for relaxing during the day or checking up on your emails early in the morning. The living room, kitchen and master suite are spacious. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The property manager was great to work with. He was quick to respond to emails and very helpful in getting the home rented. He makes himself available to attend to any of your needs. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning on using this home for future trips to the Colorado River.

Best location on water, home-feel, remodeled, & amazing hosts

Wow. Was very impressed with this property and the owners/manager. Completely remodeled. On water with lounge chairs to watch the sunset every night. Spacious, cozy, and close to everything. I stayed here for a couple weeks because I liked being here so much, even tried to extend it longer. The thought process that went into every detail in the home is pretty impressive actually. From adequate power outlets to fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookingwear to a bed that is comfier than my actual bed at home to large TVs to fully stocked DVDs to easy electronics and Netflix-use, etc. etc. etc. Large balconies with great views. The property manager even gave me some gasoline for my wakeboard boat, free-of-charge, after-hours, when the gas station was closed and I was completely out of gas AND even helped me re-trailer my boat when it was just me on move-out day. Thank you guys! Will be back for sure.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

You will just love this property on the Parker Strip! The location is wonderful with a water bay just off the private dock and in from the river traffic. This keeps little ones away from passing by boats. The boat dock is wonderful with new full-surround bumpers and four large buoys. The spacious water-level CoolDeck patio, with ample patio furniture, is between the dock and house - perfect for sunning and observing. Steps lead to the water and you can use the BBQ brush to take away any slippery buildup, per property manager. The under-roof patio has misters (AMAZING!), seating for 10, table, BBQ, two ceiling fans and sunshades. We spent a lot of time there :-) The kitchen, with TWO refrigerator/freezers, was stocked with every imaginable utensil, appliance, great SHARP cutlery, and dishware/glasses for ALL day. Bring your pods...Keurig included. All the beds were very comfy with quality linens. Plenty of bath towels, TP, Kleenex, dish soaps, and laundry soap. Great cleaning crew - the house was in great shape upon arrival. There are TWO air conditioning units so the second level is always just a cool as the first level. SO nice! KIDS COMMENTS: Granddaughters "LOVED the decor, misters, felt like home", "Everything was perfect", "Everything fit together", "I like it here, Nana, can we come back?" ADULT COMMENTS: "Perfect location", "We love this place", "My boat was happy", "This kitchen has everything", "I slept great - nice beds", "The house was always a great temp", "Beautiful pieces of art on the walls and tables", "I feel so comfortable here". Owners James and Lori were extremely responsive and fun to work with. We would definitely rent again and looking forward to seeing all the upgrading they are in the process of completing.
