"Friendly check in. Bathroom needs a redo along with cleaning corners behind door & under sink , painting door, cleaning tub under ledge. Some serious deep cleaning instead of just surface cleaning.thanks "

"The room was far from spotless. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. I asked for more towels because we only had on set for two of us, we were given one more bath towel not wash rag or hand towel. There was a screw loose on the shower faucet that my husband nearly cut his finger on, he screwed it back in though. Asked for more coffee, as we only got one and were there two nights, we did not receive any. The room was VERY noisy. adjoining room wall was like tissue paper! The trash cans on the outside of building were overflowing the whole three days we were there! The staff at front desk was VERY nice and friendly! The breakfast was awesome and plenty. But we won't be back."

"The Location is the best for being close to the London Bridge. I come to Kayak so this is a great location especially if your in town for the Witch Paddle in Bridgewater Channel is EPIC I love the Inferno Suite with the Jetted Tub it is nice after a day of Kayaking! "

"Desk workers are very accessible and helpful. Text messages are sent to see how your stay is going. I didn’t like that they don’t clean the rooms every day. "
