"Here’s a smoother version for an Expedia review: We stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience, but the unexpected parking fee was disappointing. No one mentioned that parking would cost extra, and we were surprised to be charged $50 at checkout. When I explained that this information was never communicated to us, the front desk said there was nothing they could do. They also mentioned that many guests who book through Expedia experience the same confusion. If this is a common issue, the hotel should clearly notify guests about parking fees during booking or at check-in. Aside from that, the stay itself was good, but this situation unfortunately affected our overall experience."

"I wasn’t impressed with our room. Little to no daylight due to the air con box on the balcony and 1 chair. With a tree 12 inch’s from being on the balcony So absolutely no view The staff were all lovely to converse with. The property itself is quite stuffy and kept ok but certainly needs some kind of update. We had 2 double beds with one tiny bedside table in the middle with very little lighting. Everything was just old. Very good location which is a bonus It catered to our needs for 2 nights that’s it"

"Our stay at the Adara Hotel was good. The location was excellent. The amenities were great. Our room was nice except it had a smell (room 311). I spoke to the front desk multiple times about it. The hotel was full so there was not much they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and the young lady at the front desk (who had only worked there two days) tried multiple times to contact a manager but they never responded to her. The manager was supposed to be coming in the next morning but never did by the time we checked out. I asked the front desk to have them contact me but they never did."
