"Booked a two bed for 4 people. At check in they requested full payment. Upon entering the room, it was visually old, they advertise kitchenettes but it did not have one, just a microwave from the 70’s, the bed upon sitting on the bed the mattress tipped over off the base multiple times. The bed smelled filthy. After attempting to fix the bed we notice an empty pack of cigarettes fall to the floor, next to a hair pin that was there from previous users.
