"Check in was easy. Hallways had a distinct smell. Not horrible, but not great. Room was cleaned but not thoroughly. Had a huge stain on the kitchen floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Other than that the room was nice and beds were comfortable."

"The main resort and grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Cliffs above the cottages of the main resort, which offers gorgeous views of the red cliffs. The first floor king room was fairly small, but nicely appointed. It doesn’t afford you a private balcony, only chairs and a table outside the door of a walkway, so when you have the curtains open to enjoy the views, people are walking by. We gave a lower rating for this and the lack of sound proofing between floors, based on the price point paid and caliber of the resort. We’ve travelled extensively and this was one of the worst instances of noise we’ve experienced; we could hear every step and almost the details of conversations."
