"This cabin was perfect for traveling with a dog since it featured a fenced in yard. Just several hundred feet away from the cabin is The Old Route 66 Parks Store that has wonderful food, and the owner told us about a hidden part of the old Route 66 alignment in the woods across the street from the store, which made for a unique/ nostalgic hiking trail."

"Needed outside seating, disposable kitchen, supplies, fire extinguisher??"

"This is a great place. All we did was sleep there really. We never figured out how to change the channel on the TV. Storage Wars was on every minute the TV was on. The children thought this was hilarious. We didnt care but if TV is important to you, I would check the status. Joe was quite cautionary about bears and mountain lions so we spent our 2 days in Sedona and our nights inside the loft lol. Super close to Williams if you are taking the train to Grand Canyon."

"Very clean and well maintained property. Plenty of space."

"Easy check-in and out. Nice cabin "

"Immediate time share push the second you check in. Even before getting to your room. They want you to buy it before you even see it! They hold all travel related pamphlets behind the desk of the sales people! Immediate turn off!! I will never return simply because of this."

"The little cabins were just as described. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. What to be aware of is that it is right next to a busy road/ freeway but once you are inside it was cozy. In the kitchen we had everything we needed for a simple stay without much cooking. I would stay there again."

"The cottages were quaint. We really liked the big tv. The inside was clean. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We will return again."

"great place and very clean"

"Could use better WiFi but overall a great place for the price and location was awesome"

"Beautiful spot"

"The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

"Beautiful place at the base of humphreys. Battery was dead in the keypad so we had to get the owner's. There was a dead bird in the wood stove that we found. Doesn't really accommodate a ton of people just one bed with a blow up mattress."
