"The property is beautiful and relaxing. We arrived early (1:30pm) and the room was not ready and I understand but our rom did not become available until 5:30pm when we got the text from the front desk. In my opinion it is a little extreme, the property qas not suer busy and they could have moved us to a different room specifically when we were only staying foe one night. It was really disappointing"

"Booked a large kitchen suite and received exactly that - everything we needed and very clean. Nice location. Would be nice to have BQ on this location but was not hard to use the one across the street. Stronger wifi would be nice."
