"This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit."

"Easy check in and good communication "

"All of the staff was so nice! There is a little store and a resturant where the food is amazing, and they brew their own tea on sight, so they have great sweet tea if you are from the South and are looking. Great location and very nice! But also good healthier options like sweet tea!"

"Lovely property. Safe and quiet, highly recommended!"

"Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. Said the lady at the desk said she was only allowed to...

"Really nice place and perfect spot for us visiting family in Cranford, Fanwood and Elizabeth."

"What an adorable cottage! Cute, cozy and super clean. Kelly was by far the best host we've had! She was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very helpful with local tips about beaches and restaurants."

"I had a great time"

"comfortable space specially the beds/great price"

"Needed somewhere simple that felt secure. Got just that here with fresh towels and effective AC system."

"The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging."

"Perfect for my stay and price was attractive as well. Will look for this rental property again when coming back to this area. Home was clean, stocked more than a hotel, and provided several creatures comforts you find in a hotel. Would recommend to others."

"Sandy was a great. We had a couple of hiccups with initial check in and some amenities and she was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. I highly recommend this property for its space, location and property management."

"The house was beautiful and looks new still. In a quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive to suggestions and to check on our needs. Close to Keansburg Beach and the amusement park. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a very nice stay. It had all the conveniences of being at home. It was in a great location in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The e house was very clean and true to all of the pictures listed. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella to use. Very close to the beach and places to eat. Dana was very responsive and communicative during our stay."
