"Two seconds after I booked I realized the app glitched and booked the wrong date. I immediately contacted the hotel and expeia after which the hotel immediately went zero contact with both Expedia and myself. I wasn’t even trying to get my money back I just needed to change dates. "Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me."
