"We had a very comfortable stay at island Time. The house is well set up, clean and very quiet. Caught salmon ( delicious ) at the local beach and looked for fossils in the rocks. Good location for arriving at Remarkable rocks early to catch the best light. Very happy with our stay here."

View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day."

"This house was absolutely stunning. We stayed with family for a week and the house accommodated 6 adults perfectly. The wood fire was just what we needed with some cold nights during our stay and the view from the back deck was spectacular - we even saw some dolphins out in the bay! "For the most part we loved our stay. The view is incredible with the sound of seabirds and waves in the background a great way to wake up. We didn't see any penguins but plenty of willy wagtails and shorebirds. I think the addition of Wi-Fi (if available in Emu Bay) would have been great only due to the unavailability of a connection anywhere on the island for anyone other than Telstra customers. Whilst charming and clean, I found the house a little shabby for the price and a little updating...

"This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go."
