The concept: Fitness, seclusion and is a unique hill-top luxury Paros villa set in 8 acres of land, with glorious views to the south-east beaches and hidden from indiscreet eyes. You will find it in the pretty village of Kostos, perhaps Paros' last undiscovered secret, an authentic, vintage village. This unique wind-protected location lets you enjoy a very healthy fresh climate. It is ideal for 12 guests – friends or family - who want to feel close to nature and have the chance to exercise as well, either at the pool or the private tennis court!

Outdoors
The villa is an oasis of white marble creating the perfect summer setting to play with the sunlight. The private terraces have amazing panoramic views of the valleys and the sea below and the gardens are a wonder of olive trees, colorful wildflowers and aromatic herbs! When you feel energetic you can drive to the many beaches nearby or enjoy yourself at the entertainment area that offers yoga equipment. For more competitive guests, we would suggest a round of table tennis, tennis or soccer. After that you can cool off at the swimming pool (17 m width and 1.5 max depth)

Indoors

The Villa was built as a family home; therefore, it has everything you need for home comfort and privacy. The villa is divided into the main house that can accommodate 10 guests and 2 staff members and the guest house that can sleep 2 more guests. Enjoy ample space in a minimalistic interior with touches of a beach house. Every room has wonderful view, A/C, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers SAT TV in case you feel like spending a night with a family movie.

Good to know
Paros is one of the biggest islands in Cyclades and you definitely need to have a car for your transportation. In case, you are not fun of private transfers, keep in mind that you can rent a Mercedes GLA at a reasonable price – 100€/day or 700€/week. Naoussa is only a 7-min drive from the villa, so you’ll probably visit every day! Also, a private chef is available to prepare breakfast and a meal of your choice at the privacy of your villa daily!
