This Cycladic style traditional house (ToDipla home) is located in an amazing panoramic position within the ISLA, a private complex of three houses and a studio perched uphill from the famous Marcelo beach (1 km away) and is only 3 km away from the port of Parikia. The house enjoys access to a private terrace which offers drinking and dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the big shared pool. All the areas of the complex, such as the barbeque area, the dining area by the pool etc, are accessible and free for common use.
This house is built on three levels and consists of three bedrooms, two twin bathrooms, two living rooms and a full equipped kitchen.
From the upper ground level entrance you enter to the living room, the kitchen and the first bathroom. The upper ground level has access to the terrace with a great view to the open sea and the swimming pool.
The middle ground level has a bedroom with double bed and direct access onto the swimming pool area. It also has a second bathroom.
The lower ground level has two bedrooms, one with double bed and a second one with two built single beds.
Τhe house is fully equipped. Fresh sheets and towels (for internal use, not for the pool or the beach) are provided.
