"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

"Fantastic appartement, spectacular attention to details and customer care. We stayed for four nights in June with our 3 year old. From the very beginning, the staff at Residentas Aurea gave little attentions to our little one to make his stay more enjoyable. "GREAT location. Walked pretty much everywhere. The Bathroom space was a bit light on hangers and comfort but everything else was perfect. Can get a bit noisy in the night with other guests. Not enough insulation. "

This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. "Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."
