"This was our 2nd visit to the Senetor, everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was uninspiring, it had the basics but just lacked something, maybe some smoked salmon or avocados would help. We upgraded to a premium room which was nice as it has a dressing table/desk and another table which was handy. The car park is not for the faint hearted! Underground and lots of tight turns and shoe horn spaces, only use it if you have a small car and a great turning circle, but the is a multi storey car park just 100 metres down where you can park over night for 18€ The local restaurants and cafes serve some wonderful food"

"Nice location, self standing on a hill, with typical hacienda setup. You definitely need a car to get there, and you have the option to have dinner (with a small menu). Nice patio with space and comfy couches."

The fresh fish everyday, all the fresh food they served was simply amazing. Ypu must try the white wine crispy but fully boded with a mellow after taste. We will be back to spend a longer stay. "Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful. The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful. Pool area was clean. On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check. The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service. I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point. Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt. "
