BrightHorn Ranch is a beautifully renovated, rural mountain getaway, surrounded by open space and peaceful scenic views. It’s the perfect year round basecamp for outdoor adventures. The central location is close to many popular activities in the Rocky Mountains including, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and more.
Bright, spacious (1000sqft), 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6; vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and new furnishings in every room. Very well stocked kitchen including pots, pans, coffee maker/supplies and cooking basics (spices, oil, sugar, etc.). There is an abundance of space for parking trailers and boats and access to an outdoor outlet to plug in trucks in the winter. There is a nice deck, seating area, gas grill and horse shoe pit provided for outdoor relaxation. Just off Hwy 40 and CR 20 across from the town of Parshall the railroad runs along the property you'll see and hear passing trains.

I rented this cabin to stay in so that I could shoot pictures of Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was great and provided easy access to the park. The cabin was nice, clean and quiet and provided a restful stay after a day of hiking and photography.

Our first trip to Colorado. Great place with quick response from owners with any issues that came up. Well stocked kitchen and easy driving distance to Grand Lakes, Granby, Fraser and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We came up for a guided fishing trip on Williams Fork Reservoir and this house was only a 9 minute drive to the boat ramp! The house was comfortable and clean with cute mountain decor. We ate at the Parshall Inn and took the 5 mile drive to Hot Sulphur Springs and ate at Deans Public House. We fell in love with Parshall on this trip and will rent this house on our next trip.

Easy, simple check-in, peaceful setting with mountain views from every angle. If you stay, make sure you drive up County Road 20. Close to gorgeous Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. There are so many beautiful places to see. The Parshall Inn is a unique place to get a meal and drink. We saw a female moose with her baby at RMNP, so amazing. The house is comfortable and welcoming with a well furnished kitchen. Loved it and wish it was closer to us.

Loved everything about our trip! Communicating with Dana was great, the check in process was super easy. We had no issues. The house was spotless. The kitchen had a good amount of spices and kitchen gadgets. I loved being able to throw something in the crockpot so it could cook while we spent the day hiking. The location itself was awesome, loved opening the blinds and seeing the mountains. A great vacation. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend using this stay for your next trip. The host was prompt on communication, and the home was provided with every possible thing we needed. And overall, the stay was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
