Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Disappointed

The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful.
