We were unable to take advantage of amenities such as the pool due to extreme crowdedness. Also the hotel restaurant was unable to get us a table on two occasions. I think the hotel was trying its best, but we were disappointed we chose this hotel. Additionally our bed was so uncomfortable that we had to purchase a cushioned mattress pad in order to sleep without pain."
