"We were looking to enjoy the mountain views of a quiet, Italian country side. This place had it all! The beautiful soul who was governess of the estate- Amelia- cooked us a DIVINE breakfast and helped us feel so very welcome! Can’t possibly say enough about her talent! Five stars!"

"Charming hosts. Best to have some words of Italian or at least functioning Google Translate for your visit; Elena also speaks French which was helpful! Old-fashioned and pleasant stone rooms at a good price, lovely views and ability to have breakfast/lunch/dinner on the premises, very good local cuisine. Ideally you would come with your own car as exploring locally by foot is not really an option, too remote. But in a car, great!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a mix up that they never received our reservation from Hotels.com. The staff was very accommodating & apologetic while we got everything sorted out. This place is right near Segesta and has beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it. Our only complaint was that the location is listed as pet friendly. We brought our dog with us. "The name of the hotel says it all, Grand. From the second you walk in you can feel the history and the elegance. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my last two days in Sicily were perfect. Whether it was booking us a dinner reservation or bringing a complementary cake to my room for my girlfriend’s birthday they truly showed every bit of Italian hospitality. The rooms are phenomenal with huge showers and lots of natural light. We also ate at the restaurant here which was top three meals of our 2 week trip. Hope to be back soon. "
