The 10,000 Square Feet Mansion, with a splendid private pool (15m x 7m), nestled within a superb pine forest surrounded by vibrant mature gardens, palms and fruit trees, is ideal for large groups of friends or families seeking space, pampering and luxury.

The space

Villa Ginevra is an elegant historical villa enhanced with luxurious amenities and a private SPA with Jacuzzi, steaming room, sensory shower and a relaxing area. The villa is totally surrounded by a private park and conveniently located between the sea and the mountains, near to main cities of Palermo and Trapani.

Create wonderful memories together and/or Celebrate your wedding or private intimate event by the pool area and in the gardens with privacy and style, just like in a fairy tale.

Villa Ginevra's majestic colonnade entrance hall leads to a large living area with open fireplace, sofas and flat-screen TV, fitted kitchen and dining room with doors heading to the private gardens and terraces. The villa offers accommodation for max 16 people in six beautifully air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. Our master suite gold room has private access to the pool area as well as a bathtub and chromotherapy cabined shower.

Furnishings throughout have been chosen with quality, comfort and aesthetic appeal in mind. An elegant blend of authentic antique pieces, reclaimed furniture and original features hint at the villa’s noble origins. Calming colours and tasteful original art throughout are easy on the eye, while generously cushioned armchairs and sofas and king-size beds ensure ample possibilities for repose and relaxation.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Thanks to its strategic location, the Villa is the perfect place to visit beautiful tourist destinations of Western Sicily. The nearby towns of Castellammare del Golfo, Terrasini, Balestrate and Palermo all boast beautifully restored centres with fascinating histories and some great restaurants and beaches. There are a couple of beautiful beaches in and around, such as the “Tonnara" of Scopello and the Zingaro Natural Reserve, with idyllic coves and transparent waters. San Vito Lo Capo is one of the finest anywhere in the Med.

The villa is easily accessible from the airport Falcone Borsellino in Palermo (20 minutes drive) and Trapani (45 minutes drive).
