Kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking, SMEG equipment: 4 burners, electric oven and GPL, DISHWASHER, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc... Gazebo for eating by the pool, among fruit trees and tall shady maritime pines, availability of vegetable garden with absolutely organic seasonal vegetables.
Outdoor shower for after the beach and shower by the pool, comfortable pool loungers, non-chemical natural chlorine and automatic control of constant and stable PH.
