Villa 'Zagara' is located in Partinico and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a TV, heating, air conditioning, an iron (without ironing board) and a washing machine.



Outside, the villa offers a private area with a pool (open from May to September), outdoor shower, garden and covered terrace. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Access to the ground floor is via a single step.



The villa is equipped with security cameras (no audio recording devices outside the property). It is recommended that you arrive by car, as the town and shops are not within walking distance.
