"Great stay thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Super close to shops and beach. It was windy when we were there but the house was nice and sheltered. Can’t complain about anything would definitely stay again "

"We had a short stay over a long weekend at langs, this property met all our needs and more. Located so close to the beach we could pop in for a swim many times if the day. Amazing views and property was good with nice linen much appreciated. The property manager was very accomodating with prompt comms and responses. Highly recommend!"

"Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. I've sent some photos in a separate email. There were spiderwebs everywhere, one of the white tails got into the house, but I got rid of it before it got close to my...

"The third 3 day stay of a 9 day holiday. The bach/chalet was well appointed, to a high standard, and suitable for couples. Set down a small track it is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore Whangarei heads and the adjacent coast. A pleasant and comfortable place for a long weekend."

If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter."
