Fire alarm went off at midnight and the had kids prank calling the rooms. Alarms didn’t actually sound in the rooms. They had people coming around and knocking on doors. A very bad experience and didn’t get much sleep. "

"Our stay at Hyatt Place was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was glad i had read reviews where other guests stated how small the pool was and that you had to reserve a time to use it. That worked well for us since we were traveling with our 7 year old grandson to have that private time. I was disappointed that they didnt have another space to purchase food. Overall it was good. Easy walk to the inner harbor."
