Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.

Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.

Great hotel, rooms so nice. Roof top bar was great and view was unbelievable. Service outstanding, didn’t hesitate to hold our bags or accommodate early check-in for tired travelers. We are a family with 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very walkable area.

We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. Quick stay but very nice!

Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.

This was our first stop on our 2.5 week European Honeymoon. We spent two nights here and we wanted to stay longer. We wanted to stay longer simply due to the staff. These people are amazing. They remember your names, they remember what you want to drink, they will book tours for you, recommend places to eat and places to go. We stayed with our adult children at the Hotel Obermaier during Octoberfest. It was all that we had hoped for. It is a traditional hotel with a good restaurant attached. It is convenient by Metro to downtown Munich. It is much more reasonably priced than closer-in hotels. Our room and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievably generous and delicious. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Obermaier if we are fortunate enough to return to Munich, particularly during Octoberfest.

Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. He and his co-workers are the best and want to see that you are happy with everything. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast!
