"The bathroom didn’t have a countertop. It was just a stand alone sink. I had nowhere to put all my stuff. I tried to change rooms but was told because I paid in advance that I would be chargers $40 per night. The breakfast is pretty darn good with a good variety. There was quite a bit of noise where we were it was just a couple doors down from housekeeping so maybe that was it. Overall it’s a good price & great location. "

"Pros: lots of parking, newer carpets, clean sheets and comfy beds; not too far from downtown (and ample parking in downtown so drive is like 3-5 mins) Cons: some broken items housekeeping hadn’t attended to prior to check in (broken hairdryer, a long hair in shower). Owner was quick to file report to housekeeping. Phone made weird clicking noise. "

"Fantastic location right on the square, and even better service. Front desk Ben found me coffees at 5a and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. An elevator was being worked on when we check in, so the 2 technicians insisted on helping us schlep 3 cases of wine and rollerbags up 3 flights of stairs. Remodeled room was great too. "

"I had an excellent stay at Cielo House Inn Paso Robles. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paso Robles. Five stars out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This is my 3rd time staying here. I love the theme and decor. I like that it’s affordable, clean, and centrally located. I just got an electric vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised to find an open space to charge my car for free upon arrival. "

"We stayed at the Heaton House as a family getaway with our toddler and baby. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to downtown was the best part - we could easily walk 1.5 blocks to restaurants, the park, farmer’s market, etc. The town is very kid friendly. The house is, however, located near a main street and close to fire station/police station so it could get noisy at times. "
