It met or exceeded all our expectations and turned out to be a calm and relaxing place, not too far from beaches and food, and the owners are super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond, to make sure our experience was exceptional. "This spot is an amazing balance between privacy and location to the beach. You’re up high enough to have amazing views of the ocean and sunset while at the same time being able to walk to the beach and be close to town. The private pool was a much needed bonus to the experience as well. Having contact with the Rich Coast team was also super helpful navigating activities and questions about our stay. Will definitely be back!"

"It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. "We really enjoyed this place. The location is very convenient just up the hill from the beach access. The place is just as listed, clean and nice. The pool is lovely and an amazing view of the beach. Note there is not a hot tub, just an extension to the pool.Just as important, the Zindis team was amazing to work with. Incredibly responsive to any of our questions and helped reserve and pay for all of our excursions. This was very valuable. We'd absolutely rent here again."
