"This hotel had a tureen of hot soup for guests. Fantastic for our late arrival having skipped dinner. There was a freezer full of icecream bars and Dixie cups for guests too. A thoughtful and very fun touch."

"The cabin was spacious, inviting, clean and comfortable. Early September is the perfect time to go if you want to enjoy the peace, calm and natural beauty of the lake without hearing the roar of motorboats and snowmobiles. We brought our own kayaks and had a great time paddling around. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit one evening watching the stars and we heard and saw a juvenile grey owl in a tree across the street. We had a great stay."

"In the 35 years my 3 friends and I have been taking annual trips to various places in Maine and Canada this was the best. The home is lovely. It is right on the lake. The beds are comfortable and the house has all the amenities. We had trouble finding camp wood in town for the fire pit. We stopped at a neighbors on the lake and asked to buy some wood for the fire pit. He refused to sell us some - he just gave us as much as we wanted. We had a wonderful 2 days and 3 nights there and hope to go back again next fall. Thank you Shaun."

"I really enjoyed staying in the solar cabins, under the night time stars. It's much cheaper than motels and far better, weather permitting. A welcome break from the routine for travelers and tourists and visitors. There's an outside kitchen, + a bathroom /toilet shed. Grill up some burgers on that gas!"

"We enjoyed staying here at this cute Inn. It was so clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We were in room 26 which was cute with its little table with two chairs, comfortable bed, and access to the living room of the in at our front door. There was also a very nice outside porch or you could sit and watch the sunrise in the morning with your coffee or tea. We enjoyed walking down to one of the restaurants and had a nice dinner, and then having homemade ice cream afterwards at the ice cream shop. The Japanese steak place across the street looks like it would be a good place to try next visit. Lincoln is a cute town and also has a nice museum and historical society right next-door. The Catholic Church in Lincoln is also very nice and of course we love Mardens nearby downtown. Go and visit and have a nice getaway. 💜"
